中国农业银行日前出台了《关于进一步做好农业产业化信贷工作的指导意见》该《意见》进一步确立了支持农业产业化经营的重点,完善了支持农业产业化经营的金融服务措施,适当放宽龙头企业、基础设施和公共服务项目使用扶贫贷款的条件,推出了投资咨询、理财、企业网上银行、账户托管、应收账款融资等新的业务品种。
The Agricultural Bank of China recently promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Credit Work in Agricultural Industrialization, which further established the key points of supporting the industrialization of agriculture, perfected the financial service measures that support the industrialized operation of agriculture and appropriately relaxed the leading Enterprises, infrastructure and public services projects introduced new types of business such as investment consulting, wealth management, corporate online banking, account custody, and receivables financing, using the conditions of poverty alleviation loans.
