根据液压支架使用工作现场采集的数据,分析某型号液压支架顶梁的受力情况,并利用UG建立液压支架顶梁的三维模型,导入ANSYS中进行分析计算,得到液压支架顶梁的应力云图与变形位移图。为以后液压支架结构件设计及结构件结构优化提供理论依据。
