为使深基坑在拆除内支撑后基坑侧壁安全稳定,结合某工程案例探讨了换撑施工技术的实施要点:在外墙和基坑侧壁间采用混凝土板带作为穿楼板带;在后浇带、悬臂墙板等部位采用型钢作为传力带,基坑侧壁的应力通过上述传力带传递到结构实体,最终传递到对面基坑侧壁上,使基坑对面的应力相互抵消,从而保证基坑侧壁稳定。
