目的:以药师实施药学保健的经验阐明开展药学保健的重要性和必要性。方法:对发热待查和肠道二重感染病人开展药学保健的4个典型病例进行分析。结果:药师在临床用药中起着举足轻重的作用,使病人得到了更有效的治疗,提高了医院整体诊疗水平。结论:药师实施药学保健势在必行。
OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the importance and necessity of developing pharmacy health care based on the experiences of pharmacists in implementing pharmacy health care. Methods: Four typical cases of pharmacohealth in patients with pyrexia and intestinal double infection were analyzed. Results: Pharmacists played a decisive role in the clinical medication, which made the patients get more effective treatment and improved the overall diagnosis and treatment of the hospital. Conclusion: It is imperative for pharmacists to implement pharmacy health care.
