我院自1971～1981年收治老年人房颤60例(均经多次心电图证实),年龄60～81岁,其中60～69岁者49例。病因为冠心病者37例,疑为冠心病者19例,原因未明者4例,其中并发病窦综合征12例,窦房结功能不全7例。主要诱因为疲劳及睡眠欠佳。次要诱因为情绪波动、“感冒”、持重、饮酒、吸烟、过饱、便秘及体位改变等。主要临床症状为突然心慌、胸闷不适、憋气、头晕、头胀,
Our hospital from 1971 to 1981 admitted 60 cases of atrial fibrillation in the elderly (confirmed by multiple electrocardiogram), aged 60 to 81 years, of which 49 cases of 60 to 69 years old. 37 cases of coronary heart disease, 19 cases of suspected coronary heart disease, 4 cases of unknown causes, including 12 cases of sinus syndrome, sinus node dysfunction in 7 cases.
