未成年人的健康成长关系着国家未来和民族希望,关系着亿万家庭幸福安宁及社会和谐稳定。未成年人犯罪问题历来受到高度重视,在审查逮捕未成年人犯罪案件中,捕后判轻刑的现象存在,原因是多方面的,检察机关要树立少捕慎捕原则,完善程序规定,建立配套制度,尽可能降低未成年捕后轻刑率。
The healthy growth of minors is related to the future of the country and the hope of the nation, which is related to the happiness, tranquility and social harmony and stability of hundreds of millions of families. The problem of juvenile delinquency has always been highly valued.
