现金流量管理的重要性及其需求是从事研究与实际的工作人员一致认同的。他们都认为,形成项目级的自动化现金流量预测的困难之处,在于本文所提到的兼容性以及缺乏详细的数据等问题。由于不同项目数据详细程度的差异,预测企业级的现金流量也就更加困难。本文从现金流量的综合背景开始着手,阐述了项目级现金流量管理模型的发展及在此基础上所开发的计算机程序。本文所述的系统的独特之处在于,它把企业的现金流量作为一个整体来管理。它十分灵活(即可接受不同详细程度的项目,在现金流量的产生过程中不需人工参与),而且很精确,是典型的管理工具。
The importance of cash flow management and its requirements are consistent with the research and practical staff. They all believe that the difficulty in forming a project-level automated cash flow forecast is due to compatibility and lack of detailed data. Due to the difference in the level of detail of different project data, it is even more difficult to predict enterprise-level cash flow. This article starts with the comprehensive background of cash flow, elaborates the development of project-level cash flow management model and the computer program developed on this basis. The uniqueness of the system described in this article is that it manages the cash flow of the company as a whole. It is very flexible (it can accept projects with different levels of detail, does not require manual participation in the process of generating cash flow), and it is very accurate and is a typical management tool.
