对几种典型工、模具进行了尿素分解气体软氮化试验。试验的工件为锻工车间穿孔整形冲头、钢球红压压球模,工件材料二者都是3Cr_2W8,铸铁螺旋导轮,45号钢或40Cr制的轴类及齿轮等。试验在RJT-75气体渗碳炉上进行,炉盖上附加一个尿素输送装置。空炉升温到570℃,保温20—30分钟,炉底放入适量的氯化钠,以防止碳黑附着在工件表面上影响氮化质量。工件装筐吊入炉内,盖上炉盖后立即输入尿素,其流量为2000—2500克/小时,炉内空气排净后保温4小时。保温期间尿素输入量控制在1000—1500克/小时。炉内压力控制在60—150毫米水柱,排气口的火焰高度为50—100毫米保温4小时后,立即打开炉盖,将工件吊出油冷。
