目的进行不良反应严重程度的量化分析。方法引入伤残调整生命年的概念来评价58例病人的清开灵不良反应严重程度,以总体均数估计的方法来量化不良反应的严重程度。结果清开灵不良反应的95%CI(confidenceinterval)为:(0,2.75)(人年),即清开灵不良反应导致的健康生命年损失的95%CI为:(0,2.75)(人年)。结论以伤残调整生命年结合有关统计方法进行不良反应严重程度的量化研究具有一定的可行性。
Objective To quantify the severity of adverse reactions. Methods The concept of disability-adjusted life year was introduced to evaluate the severity of qi-qing-ling adverse reactions in 58 patients and the severity of adverse reactions was quantified by means of population mean estimation. Results The 95% confidence interval of adverse reactions of Qingkailing was (0,2.75) (person-years), that is, the 95% CI of the healthy life-year loss caused by Qingkailing’s adverse reactions was (0,2.75) year). Conclusion It is feasible to quantitatively study the severity of adverse reactions with the method of disability-adjusted life years and related statistical methods.
