实验采用微波和水浴加热处理体外培养人肝癌细胞系,培养液温度维持在43±0.5℃,作用30分钟,对细胞生长,细胞分裂有明显的抑制作用,特别是对分裂中期细胞的影响更为显著,中期受阻,分裂相形态异常,部分中期细胞不能进行正常分裂,形成微核等现象,说明处在分裂中期的细胞对微波和水浴加热的损伤比较敏感。在本实验条件下微波照射所产生的热效应与单纯水浴加热相类似。
