据《Scientia Horticulturae》(2013年5月)的一篇研究报道,来自挪威食品、渔业和水产养殖研究所的研究人员研究了挪威李树乙烯产生、呼吸速率与包装参数的关系。果肉呼吸速率是选择合适包装方式的主要参考因素。研究人员检测了生长在挪威西海岸的9个品种李的乙烯和CO2产生及O2消耗情况。连续两个生长季对2℃和6℃下果实的呼吸速率和乙烯产生进行检测。其中3个品种的检测在果实成熟的第二和第三个阶段进行。
According to a study by Scientia Horticulturae (May 2013), researchers from the Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture studied the ethylene production and the relationship between respiration rate and packaging parameters in Norway plum trees. Pulp respiration rate is the main reference for choosing the proper packaging method. The researchers examined the ethylene and CO2 production and O2 consumption of nine cultivars of Lee grown on the west coast of Norway. The fruit respiration rate and ethylene production at 2 ℃ and 6 ℃ were measured in two consecutive growing seasons. Three of these varieties were tested during the second and third stages of fruit ripening.
