通过轻元素的非相干散射机制的研究,将非相干散射和特征线以散射归一化相结合计算的表观浓度用于修正Lucas-Tooth和Pyne的强度校正模型,利用线性方程组最小二乘回归分析方法以及实验室标准样品,建立了Li_2CO_3中少量Sc_2O_3,Y_2O_3,La_2O_3,Tm_2O_3和Lu_2O_3的X射线荧光分析方法。该法的测定精密度均优于4.0%,最佳的可达1.4%。这种定量分析方法具有准确、简便、快速和多元素同时测定等优点。
By studying the incoherent scattering mechanism of light elements, the apparent concentration calculated by the combination of non-coherent scattering and normalized scattering is used to correct the intensity correction model of Lucas-Tooth and Pyne. The linear equations least square Regression analysis method and laboratory standard samples, the X-ray fluorescence analysis method of a small amount of Sc_2O_3, Y_2O_3, La_2O_3, Tm_2O_3 and Lu_2O_3 in Li_2CO_3 was established. The method of determination of precision are better than 4.0%, the best up to 1.4%. This quantitative analysis method has the advantages of accurate, simple, rapid and simultaneous determination of multiple elements.
