体育是培养学生的综合素质和增强体质的一门重要基础学科,在中专教学中地位尤为重要。我国的中专体育课程改革取得了很大进步,但教学内容枯燥、教学方式单一等问题依然存在。体育游戏被广泛的运用到中专体育教学中,对提高中专体育教学质量起了积极作用。文章将分析体育游戏的功能、特点、在中专体育教学中的运用,以及如何提高体育游戏的方法,让体育游戏更好的服务于中专的体育教学。
Physical education is an important basic discipline that cultivates students’ comprehensive quality and strengthens physique. It plays an important role in secondary school teaching. China’s secondary school physical education curriculum reform has made great progress, but the teaching content is boring, teaching a single problem remains. Sports games are widely used in physical education in secondary schools to improve the quality of physical education teaching played a positive role. The article will analyze the functions and characteristics of sports games, the use of them in the teaching of physical education in secondary schools, and how to improve the methods of sports games so that sports games can better serve the physical education of secondary schools.
