采用双波长薄层扫描法对样品中主要成分黄芪甲甙进行定量测定，考察黄芪注射液与复方丹参注射液混合使用，其含量的变化情况。结果证明，其含量无明显变化。
The dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to quantitatively determine the main component of Astragalus gallus, and the changes of the contents of Astragalus membranaceus injection and compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection were investigated. The results showed that the content did not change significantly.
