目的:研究南海二叉黑角珊瑚Antipathes dichotoma Pallas的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱对化合物进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析方法,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从南海二叉黑角珊瑚提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别为:胆甾醇(Ⅰ)、3-羟基-5-烯-麦角甾醇(Ⅱ)、3-羟基-4-甲基-麦角甾醇(Ⅲ)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸(Ⅶ)、鲨甘醇(Ⅷ)、胸腺嘧啶(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ均为首次从二叉黑角珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Antipathes dichotoma Pallas in the coral of South China Sea. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography. The structure of the compounds was identified by spectral analysis and literature control. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the coral extracts of the black poinsettia of the South China Sea. They were cholesterol (Ⅰ), 3-hydroxy-5-ene- ergosterol (Ⅱ) Ergosterol (Ⅲ), methyl paraben (Ⅳ), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (Ⅴ), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (Ⅵ), caffeic acid Glycol (Ⅷ), Thymine (Ⅸ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅱ ~ Ⅶ were isolated from the black horn coral for the first time.
