扶老、爱幼、帮困,这是中华民族的传统美德。当弱势群体或个人需要帮助时,伸出你我的手,尽力而为善。10月25日,带着对贫困留守儿童的关爱之情,省审计厅驻留坝县留侯镇驻村帮扶工作队携手加拿大西北同乡会,来到秦岭深处的留坝县留侯镇中心小学,举行“关爱留守儿童扶贫助学”现场捐赠活动。爱心人士为孩子们带来了价值两万余元的书包、文具等学习用品及慰问金。他们叮嘱孩子们勤读书、读好书,将来为社会发展尽自己的一份力,同时也表达了加拿大西北同乡会长期从事爱心事业的决心。
