目的 :研究儿童正视眼与儿童近视眼的角膜地形图特征并进行比较。方法 :应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图检测分析了 115只儿童正视眼和 115只儿童轻中度近视眼。结果 :儿童近视眼Simk2 值较正视眼高(P <0 .0 1) ,SF值较正视眼低 (P <0 .0 5 )。而角膜中心屈光度、Simk1值、CIM值两组差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :儿童近视眼角膜垂直方向屈光度较正视眼明显增加 ,近视眼角膜周边变扁平的趋势相对不明显
Objective: To study and compare the features of corneal topography in children with orthoptic and children’s myopia. METHODS: A total of 115 eyes with children with mild to moderate myopia and 115 children with mild to moderate myopia were analyzed by computer-assisted corneal topography. Results: The Simk2 value in children with myopia was higher than that with orthoptic eyes (P <0.01), while the SF value was lower in children with orthoptic eyes (P <0.05). The corneal center refraction, Simk1 value, CIM value was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The vertical corneal refractive power of children with myopia was significantly higher than that of the eyedrops, myopic corneal perimeters flattening trend is relatively insignificant
