本文研究了折叠腔中平行仿据和垂直仿振的CO2激光反射率的差别；证明了折叠腔中特别是U型折叠腔中CO2激光器是垂直偏振的；并指出应设法将线偏报激光转化成国仿振激光，以改善激光加工质量。
In this paper, we study the difference of reflectivity of CO2 laser in the parallel and perpendicular modes of the folded cavity. It is proved that the CO2 laser in the folded cavity, especially the U-shaped folded cavity, is vertically polarized. Chengdu imitation vibration laser to improve laser processing quality.
