一、前言在车床、镗床、铣床等机床的加工中,若改变工件进给方向和刀具回转中心线间的夹角(由0°~90°),则同一刀具加工出的零件在垂直断面上将有不同的尺寸和形状,即刀具的运动轨迹在零件的被加工面上具有不同的投影,这种加工方法统称为“投影加工法”。根据投影加工原理,可以利用同一直径的刀具,在各种机床上,加工出比它直径大得多或小得多的圆弧面(如图1、图2所示),还能加工出不同尺寸的椭圆弧面。而在一般车床、镗床、铣床上车、镗内孔和外圆(夹角为0°)以及用碗形砂轮加工平面(夹角为90°),则可认为是投影加工法的两种特殊情况。下面就刀具运动轨迹在零件垂直断面上的投影为椭圆曲线的情况加以分析论述。
