前不久,沈阳市研究会组织20余名大中型企业的厂长、经理,学习中央通知,讨论尽快建立企业思想政治工作新格局问题。会上,厂长,经理们认为党委书记兼任主管思想政治工作的副厂长有利也有弊,不宜普遍推行。党委书记兼任副厂长,协助厂长主管思想政治工作,有利于厂长对思想政治工作全面负责,更加突出了厂长的中心地位。同时也使党委书记更接近生产经营工作,有利于思想政治工作同生产经营紧密结合。
Not long ago, Shenyang Research Institute organized more than 20 large and medium-sized factory managers and managers to learn from the Central Committee to discuss as soon as possible the establishment of a new pattern of ideological and political work in enterprises.
