电影产业的经营者纵向集中已经成为产业的发展趋势,在可预见的未来,越来越多的纵向集中将面临反垄断审查。本文结合电影产业的特点,运用交易成本这一理论工具,探究了电影产业纵向产业链上高昂成本的构成和产生原因,并分析了电影产业的经营者纵向集中所带来的效率提升,为将来我国电影产业经营者纵向集中反垄断审查的效率抗辩提供了新的思路和方法。
