脑内原发性恶性淋巴瘤极为罕见,仅占脑肿瘤的0.8%~1.5%。我院经手术病理证实2例,现结合文献报告如下。例1,男,67岁。头痛、头昏伴走路不稳3个月。作头颅CT平扫检查未发现异常。2个月后作头颅CT增强扫描见左小脑半球有球形病变,周围水肿,四脑室受压向右移位,三脑室和侧脑室均扩大。于1988年7月23日因脑疝入院,即在全麻下行后颅窝手术,切开左小脑半球见有肉红色的肿瘤,约6×6×6(cm~3),病理诊断:左小脑恶性
Primary malignant lymphoma in the brain is extremely rare, accounting for only 0.8% to 1.5% of brain tumors.
