1病例报告患者男,19岁;某部士兵。3h前洗浴时不慎被蜂蜇伤左拇趾,当即疼痛剧烈,约5min后自觉头晕、乏力、胸闷、恶心,全身出现大小不等且突出皮肤表面的不规则红斑。急送卫生所就诊。询问既往史,1年前曾被蜂蜇伤过,当时仅出现剧痛、灼热等局部症状。查体:面色苍白、烦躁不安,心率120/min,血压60/40mmHg,左拇趾轻度红肿,皮温略高,足背动脉搏动正常。诊断为蜂蜇伤致过敏性休克。立即给予氯化钠注射液快速静脉滴注、扩容,地塞米松15mg静脉推注及吸氧等对症处理。20min后症状明显改善,面色稍红润,神智清
