为读者提供优质服务,最大限度地满足读者需求,这是当今图书馆各项活动的出发点和归宿,也是衡量图书馆工作质量和价值的尺度。随着广大师生对文献信息的需求越来越广泛,并呈现出多样化、专业化、特色化的特点,这一切都对高校图书馆服务工作者的各项素质提出了新要求。
To provide readers with excellent service and to satisfy readers’ needs to the maximum extent is the starting point and end result of all the activities in the library today. It is also a measure of the quality and value of library work. As the demand of teachers and students for documentary information is more and more extensive, showing the characteristics of diversification, specialization and specialization, all of these put forward new requirements for the quality of service workers in university libraries.
