在基础教育发展过程中,班主任作为小学班级管理的主要人物,在班级管理中起到了重要作用。但是,在小学班级管理中,班主任需要解决班级管理中的诸多事情,工作量较大并且难度较高。因此,加强师生之间的沟通与交流,成为小学班主任班级管理中的重要任务。本文通过对小学班主任班级管理沟通的必要性以及方法进行研究,从而促进小学生的健康成长与基础教育的稳定发展。
In the process of the development of basic education, the teacher in charge of class as a primary class in primary school management plays an important role in class management. However, in the primary school class management, the class teacher needs to solve many things in class management, which is more complicated and difficult. Therefore, to strengthen the communication and exchange between teachers and students has become an important task in class management for teachers of primary schools. This paper studies the necessity and method of class-level management of primary school teacher in order to promote the healthy growth of elementary school students and the steady development of basic education.
