高职院校与普通的高等院校存在较大的区别,主要教学目标是提升学生的专业技术能力以及职业素养,使学生能够成长为适合企业发展的技术人才。开展职业技能大赛能够以更专业的形式考察学生的专业技术及职业素质,因此,相关者需要予以重视。文章以职业技能大赛为主要切入点,探究了高职学生职业素养培养的方法,希望能够为提升我国高职学生职业素养有所助益。
Higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges and universities there is a big difference, the main teaching goal is to enhance the professional and technical ability of students and professionalism, so that students can grow into suitable for the development of technical personnel. To carry out vocational skills competitions can examine students’ professional skills and occupational qualities in a more professional manner. Therefore, relevant parties need to pay attention to them. The article takes the vocational skill contest as the main entry point and explores the method of vocational accomplishment cultivation for higher vocational students. It is hoped that it can be helpful to enhance the vocational qualification of higher vocational students in our country.
