本文在综合前人资料和实际研究的基础上，认为熊耳群火山岩系是在１８００～１４００Ｍａ的活动大陆边缘岛弧带形成的，具低金背景的特征，并指出其金成矿背景研究中存在的几个问题。
On the basis of previous data and actual researches, this paper argues that the Xiong’er Group volcanic rocks are formed on the active continental margin arc belt 1800 ~ 1400Ma with low gold background, and the existence of Some Problems.
