2012年10月25日,全国工商联和开发银行在京签署《支持小微企业发展战略合作协议》。全国政协副主席、全国工商联主席黄孟复,中央统战部副部长、全国工商联党组书记全哲洙,开发银行党委书记、董事长陈元出席签字仪式。全国工商联常务副主席孙安民和开发银行副行长袁力分别代表双方签署协议。
On October 25, 2012, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Development Bank signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Supporting the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises” in Beijing. Huang Mengfu, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Quan Zhezhu, deputy secretary of the Central United Front Department and party secretary of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chen Yuan, party secretary and chairman of the Development Bank attended the signing ceremony. Sun Anmin, executive vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Yuan Li, vice president of China Development Bank, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides.
