腾讯QQ和奇虎360在网上开战,2010年9月,360推出“隐私保护器”拉开了与腾讯的大战序幕。10月,腾讯联合多家公司发出联合声明声讨360。360随即推出“扣扣保镖”屏蔽QQ广告。11月3日晚,腾讯发布公告称:在装有360软件的电脑上停止运行QQ软件,将腾讯和360的纷争推向顶峰,也将用户推向选择的十字路口。这场被称为互联网历史上最惨烈的竞争涉及技术冲突、商业伦理、法律规制等诸多层面,引起广泛关注。11月10日,在工信部等部门的积极干预下,腾讯与360已经兼容。11月21日,腾讯网和360公司分别发布了道歉信。
