在全国工农业大跃进的形势下,我厂综合页岩成堆干馏、煤炭土法炼焦和煤气发生炉等生产过程的工艺操作原理,尝试进行了煤的成堆干馏试验。首先进行了4吨炉试验,初步掌握了操作,焦油炼率达到60%以上,半焦收率达到55%以上。接着又建设了30吨和60吨炉进行试验。由于时间很短,还没有成熟的经验,仅将工作进行情况和工作中的体会介绍如下,供同志们参考,以便互相交流经验。
In the great leap forward of the country’s agriculture and industry, the factory made a series of experiments on the pyrolysis of coal by comprehensively operating the process principles of heap pyrolysis, coal earth coking and gas furnace production processes. First conducted a 4 ton furnace test, preliminary mastered the operation, the tar refining rate of 60% or more, semi-coke yield of 55% or more.
