目的获得徐州地区猫源弓形虫虫株,了解徐州地区流浪猫弓形虫感染情况。方法捕捉徐州地区流浪猫,收集血清后,用ELISA试剂盒检测弓形虫特异性Ig G抗体;同时将猫的心、脑、舌用盐酸-胃蛋白酶溶液消化处理后接种小鼠,经连续传代分离弓形虫虫株,采用特异PCR法对所分离的虫株进行鉴定。结果共捕捉41只流浪猫。从猫体内共分离到弓形虫虫株11株,PCR均扩增出弓形虫特异性条带;ELISA结果表明41.5%的流浪猫均能检测到弓形虫抗体。结论徐州地区流浪猫弓形虫感染较为严重,有可能成为人和其它动物弓形虫病的重要传染源,应引起相关部门的重视。
Objective To obtain the feline T. gondii strain in Xuzhou and understand the infection of toxoplasma gondii in Xuzhou. Methods Stray cats in Xuzhou were collected and serum was collected. The Toxoplasma gondii specific Ig G antibody was detected by ELISA kit. At the same time, mice were inoculated with hydrochloric acid-pepsin solution in the heart, brain and tongue of cats, Toxoplasma gondii strain, the use of specific PCR method for the identification of the isolated strains. A total of 41 stray cats were captured. Toxoplasma gondii were isolated from 11 cats. Toxoplasma gondii specific bands were amplified by PCR. ELISA results showed that Toxoplasma gondii antibodies could be detected in 41.5% of stray cats. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection is more serious in Xuzhou area, which may become an important source of infection for toxoplasmosis in humans and other animals, which should be paid more attention by relevant departments.
