新中国成立前后劳资关系紧张,中共通过规定集体合同的原则、主体、内容、效力、订立程序等,并由劳动局积极、主动介入集体合同的订立、执行、监督的过程,以集体合同的办法有效地调整了劳资关系,促进了新中国成立初期国民经济的恢复与发展。新中国成立前后以集体合同调整劳资关系的办法对当前调整非公有制经济中的劳资关系具有重要的启示。
The relationship between labor and capital was tight before and after the founding of New China.
