一般要求能使零件内部有较好塑性,而表面有较高的硬度和抗接触疲劳性能的材料做为轴承材料。为了满足这种要求,靠改进冶金质量和热处理工艺往往是比较困难的。激光表面处理和激光熔凝激冷是材料表面改性的新技术,我们采用激光表面快速熔化并激冷凝固的方法以求得到高度细化的显微组织,消除夹杂物,均匀化合金成分,从而提高材料的表面硬度,耐磨和耐蚀性能及其接触疲劳性能。这一工作为进一步开展激光快速熔凝新工艺的研究和应用,以改善和提高轴承钢部件的表面组织和性能提供了有益的探索结果。

Laser Surface Treatment and Laser Melting Chilling is a new technology for surface modification of materials. We adopt the method of rapid melting and chilling solidification on the laser surface in order to obtain highly refined microstructure, eliminate inclusions, homogenize the alloy composition, Thereby increasing the surface hardness of materials, wear and corrosion resistance and contact fatigue properties. This work provides a useful exploration result for further research and application of new laser rapid fusion technology in order to improve and enhance the surface microstructure and properties of bearing steel components.
