应用放射性核素心血管显像原理,一次性注药,同时获得放射性核素心血管造影及门电路心血池显像,测右心射血分数,肺尖、肺底放射性核素分布峰值,来定量分析肺动脉压力。结果,肺心病患者右心射血分数明显降低;肺尖与肺底放射性核素分布峰值比和右心射血分数之间呈负相关;而上述峰值比与应用心导管法测平均肺动脉压力呈正相关;平均肺动脉压与RVEF之间为负相关,该法简便,安全、重复性好,是一项无创性估价肺动脉压力的方法。
