1991年至1995年我科共收治食管癌428例，全部采用Co60放射治疗，总量7．8－70GY，其中造成食管穿孔12例，发生率为2．8％。食管癌穿孔的发生与靶区的剂量有关。
From 1991 to 1995, our department received a total of 428 cases of esophageal cancer, all of which were treated with Co60 radiation therapy. The total amount was 7.8-70 GY, and 12 cases of esophageal perforation were caused. The incidence rate was 2.8%. The incidence of perforation of esophageal cancer is related to the dose in the target area.
