目的探讨集中清洗、消毒后的氧气湿化瓶、压脉带、网套,在消毒供应中心清洁环境中的保存时间的长短。方法 2016年1月11日,共抽取使用后的630个样本(湿化瓶210个、压脉带210根、网套210个),集中清洗后分别用500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂及75%乙醇消毒剂浸泡法消毒后,用纯化水进行终末漂洗,将干燥柜温度设置为65~75℃,进行彻底干燥后,用食品袋进行包装,保存于消毒供应中心储物柜内,于存放的第3、6、9个月分别抽取氧气湿化瓶、压脉带、网套各60件,做物体表面菌落计数。结果微生物监测样本共630个。经过消毒的湿化瓶、网套、压脉带于消毒当天分别取样含氯消毒剂消毒及75%乙醇消毒各45份,样本监测结果无细菌生长,合格率100%。含氯消毒剂消毒后在第3、6、9个月共采样监测270件,微生物监测结果有12件生长微生物,平均菌落数为1~2 cfu/件。75%乙醇消毒后在第3、6、9个月共采样监测270件,微生物监测结果有2件生长微生物,菌落数为1~2 cfu/件,2种方法消毒后监测物品合格率均为100%。氧气湿化瓶为中度危险性物品,细菌≤20 cfu/件为合格。压脉带及网套为低度危险性物品,细菌≤200 cfu/件为合格。结论消毒级别的物品经过规范处理后,在消毒供应中心至少可以保存9个月。
Objective To investigate the preservation time of oxygen humidification bottles, cuffs and nets after intensive cleaning and disinfection, in the clean environment of disinfection supply center. Oxygen humidification bottles are moderately dangerous items, bacteria ≤ 20 cfu / piece is acceptable. Pressure pulse and mesh sets of low-risk items, bacteria ≤ 200 cfu / pieces of qualified. Conclusions The sterilized items can be preserved for at least 9 months in the disinfection supply center after being regulated.
