目的:探讨应用诺和锐特充治疗妊娠期糖尿病的意义,以提高妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年6月在该院产科住院的妊娠期糖尿病患者74例,按照随机双盲对照的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例。对照组给予常规诺和灵30R皮下注射,观察组给予诺和锐特充皮下注射,分析不同用药方案对患者疗效及不同时间段血糖、胰岛细胞分泌功能、胰岛素抵抗等指标的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组患者不同时间段血糖、临床总有效率、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者在常规治疗的同时加用诺和锐特充治疗,可以提高患者临床治疗效果、显著缓解患者血糖升高带来的不良影响,还可进一步增加用药的有效率,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the significance of application of Novo Rui special treatment of gestational diabetes in order to improve the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes.
