对山西大学大东关校区的家属楼住宅以及学生宿舍的外围护结构和采暖方式做了实地调查,在调查过程中采访有关居民和学生,并结合本专业知识及相关规范,对外围护结构和采暖方式优劣进行了分析。建议居民住宅和学生宿舍外墙在建成初期就加好外围护结构,并且窗结构采用具有良好的隔热性和气密性的塑钢材料,可以延长使用年限,玻璃建议采取中空玻璃。同时,采暖方式推荐采用地板辐射采暖,可以提供更大的活动空间,并且可以有效地节约资源。为今后建成的新校区住宅及学生宿舍的外围护结构与采暖方式提供了有力的支持。
