现代医院管理是以信息、预测、决策行动、和反馈进行周期循环。信息是医院工作计划和决策的基础。医院管理者只有在掌握了医院内部和社会外环境中的全面信息,才能做出正确的决策和制定出切实可行的工作计划。在决策和计划的实施过程中,信息又是组织、协调和控制的依据和手段;也是医院管理系统各层次相互沟通形成网络的纽带。借助信息,可加强医院科学管理,改善医院运行机制,以达到提高工作效率和医疗质量、提高社会效益和经济效益,实现医院管理目标的目的。
Modern hospital management cycles through information, forecasting, decision-making actions, and feedback. Information is the basis of hospital work plans and decisions. Hospital administrators can make correct decisions and formulate practical work plans only if they have comprehensive information in the internal and external social environment of the hospital. In the process of decision-making and planning, information is the basis and means of organization, coordination, and control; it is also the link between the various levels of the hospital management system to form a network. With the help of information, scientific management of hospitals can be strengthened and hospital operating mechanisms can be improved to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of work and medical care, improving social and economic benefits, and achieving hospital management goals.
