目的了解晋江市放射工作人员放射防护相关知识培训的效果,为进一步提高放射工作人员防护知识水平提供参考。方法 2012年6月选择晋江市在职业活动中接触电离辐射照射的放射工作人员152名,根据放射防护基础知识和放射卫生法规标准设计放射防护相关知识问卷调查表,培训前后分别下发给调查对象独立填写,当场回收。培训由晋江市医学继续教育委员会组织,培训时间2 d,采用集中授课方式,内容为放射卫生相关法规标准、电离辐射基本知识、放射防护基本原则、个人剂量监测和健康监护、防护设施用品使用方法、异常照射及其应急措施等。比较培训前后电离辐射基本知识、放射防护基本知识、防护设施用品知识、放射应急知识、放射卫生相关法规标准知晓情况,根据问卷各项得分≥60分为知晓。计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共发放152份问卷,回收有效问卷139份,有效回收率为91.4%。电离辐射基本知识、放射防护基本知识、防护设施用品知识、放射应急知识、放射卫生相关法规标准知晓率培训前(53.24%、79.86%、72.66%、53.24%、61.15%、64.01%)后(70.50%、91.37%、87.77%、71.94%、72.66%、78.85%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=8.873、7.476、9.996、10.385、4.159、37.407,均P<0.05)。结论通过开展培训,晋江市放射工作人员放射防护相关知识的知晓率明显提高,但依然相对较低,应进一步加强培训。
Objective To understand the effect of radiation training related knowledge training of radiation workers in Jinjiang City and provide references for further improving the knowledge of radiation workers. Methods In June 2012, 152 radiation workers exposed to ionizing radiation in occupational activities were selected in Jinjiang City. Radiation protection related knowledge questionnaires were designed according to the basic knowledge of radiation protection and standards of radiation health. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents before and after the training Fill in independently, collect on the spot. The training is organized by Jinjiang Medical Continuing Education Committee. The training time is 2 days. The mode of lectures focusing on the relevant laws and regulations on radiation health, the basic knowledge of ionizing radiation, the basic principles of radiation protection, personal dose monitoring and health monitoring, the use of protective equipment and supplies , Abnormal exposure and emergency measures. Before and after training compared the basic knowledge of ionizing radiation, basic knowledge of radiation protection, knowledge of protective equipment supplies, emergency knowledge of radiation, radiation health related standards and regulations, according to the questionnaire score ≥ 60 is known. Count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results A total of 152 questionnaires were distributed and 139 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 91.4%. Basic knowledge of ionizing radiation, basic knowledge of radiation protection, knowledge of protective equipment and supplies, knowledge of radiation emergency and standard rates of awareness of relevant laws and regulations on radiation health (70.50%) before the training (53.24%, 79.86%, 72.66%, 53.24%, 61.15% and 64.01% %, 91.37%, 87.77%, 71.94%, 72.66%, 78.85% respectively) (χ2 = 8.873,7.476,9.996,10.385,4.159,37.407, all P <0.05). Conclusion Through the training, awareness of radiological protection knowledge among radiological workers in Jinjiang City has obviously improved, but it is still relatively low. Training should be further strengthened.
