在教中学,在学中教几年低年级的数学教学下来,我认为数学课上老师的教很重要,学生的学也一样重要。首先老师的教要有充分的准备。不能打无准备之战!在课前要有全面的备课过程,要钻研教材,把教材研究透彻。还要备练习,把和例题有关的练习分门别类地列出来,还要备教具,低年级的学生接受能力不好,要用更多的有趣的教具来帮助学生接受新知识。最后是备学生,要想到
