目的评价海妇洁栓对大鼠胚胎发育的影响。方法将Wistar妊娠大鼠随机分为5组:基质对照组、阳性对照(环磷酰胺7 mg/kg)组、海妇洁栓低(16 mg/kg)、中(32 mg/kg)和高(80 mg/kg)剂量组。基质对照组和海妇洁栓各剂量组孕鼠于妊娠第6天开始经阴道给药,每天1次,连续10 d;阳性对照组孕鼠于妊娠第11天开始经大腿外侧肌肉注射给药,每天1次,连续3 d。于妊娠第20天剖腹取出活胎,观察海妇洁栓对大鼠胚胎发育的影响。结果除阳性对照组外,海妇洁栓各剂量组及基质对照组所有受检胎鼠均未见明显外观畸形;平均体重、身长及尾长虽组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均属于正常生理变化,无生物学及毒理学意义,与海妇洁栓无关;除阳性对照组外,海妇洁栓各剂量组及基质对照组所有受检胎鼠骨骼、主要内脏器官均未见明显异常。结论海妇洁栓剂量在16~80 mg/kg之间对Wistar大鼠胚胎无明显的毒性和致畸作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Hai Fu Jie suppository on the development of rat embryos. Methods Wistar pregnant rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, positive control group (cyclophosphamide 7 mg / kg), seafloxacin low 16 mg / kg, medium 32 mg / kg and high (80 mg / kg) dose group. Maternal control group and Maifujie suppository group were administered vaginally on the 6th day of gestation, once a day for 10 days. The pregnant rats in the positive control group were given intramuscular injection of the thigh on the 11th day of gestation , 1 day, for 3 days. On the 20th day of gestation, the live fetus was removed by caesarean section to observe the effect of Hai-fu-Jie suppository on the embryonic development in rats. Results In addition to the positive control group, no obvious appearance deformity was found in all the tested fetuses of each dose group and the matrix control group. The average body weight, body length and tail length were significantly different (P <0.05 ), But all belong to the normal physiological changes, no biological and toxicological significance, and the sea of clenbuterol has nothing to do; in addition to the positive control group, the sea majiejie suppository of each dose group and stroma control group test all fetal rat bone, the main internal organs No obvious abnormalities in organs. Conclusions The decoction dose of sea-martyrs suppository has no obvious toxicity and teratogenic effects on Wistar rat embryos between 16 and 80 mg / kg.
