一定意义上说,公安信息化代表着公安工作的现代化,实现公安信息化是当前公安机关的一个重要课题。本文在阐述公安信息化的概念内涵、基本特征、构成要素的基础上,从浙江省公安机关信息化建设的实践出发,分析了公安信息化建设的价值追求以及在推进公安信息化建设中应重点把握的几组关系,同时,从全面、协调、可持续发展的高度,研究并提出了下一步推进公安信息化建设的发展思路。
In a certain sense, the informatization of public security represents the modernization of public security work and the informatization of public security is an important issue for the public security organs at present.
