疗养是卫生保健事业的一个重要组成部分。我院每年接收疗养员一千多人次,在工作中积极研究疗养员心理需求,不断提高护理人员素质,有力促进了疗养工作的开展,每季度对疗养员服务
Nursing is an important part of health care. In our hospital, we receive more than one thousand sick and recuperatives every year. We actively study the psychological needs of the nursing staff at work and continuously improve the quality of nursing staff. We have effectively promoted the development of convalescence work and provided services to health care providers on a quarterly basis.
