目的:观察促愈颗粒对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法:用冰醋酸制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,随机分为三组(模型组、促愈颗粒组和雷尼替丁组),分别灌服生理盐水、促愈颗粒和雷尼替丁。然后用HE染色对大鼠愈合性胃溃疡再生粘膜体成熟度、炎症细胞浸润情况进行观察,用放射免疫法检测血浆PGE2含量。结果:与模型组比较,促愈颗粒组再生粘膜囊性扩张腺体数量及炎细胞数量均明显减少(P<0.01),血浆PGE2含量显著增高(P<0.01),且作用优于雷尼替丁组。结论:促愈颗粒可提高溃疡再生粘膜结构和功能成熟度,从而提高溃疡愈合质量;溃疡愈合质量的提高是促愈颗粒临床抗消化性溃疡复发的可能机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of promoting healing particles on the healing quality of gastric ulcer in rats. METHODS: Rat chronic gastric ulcer models were prepared with glacial acetic acid and randomly divided into three groups (model group, promoting granule group, and ranitidine group), which were administered with physiological saline, promoting particles and ranitidine. Then HE staining was used to observe the degree of maturation of regenerative mucous membrane and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in rats. The content of plasma PGE2 was detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the number of cystic dilatation glands and the number of inflammatory cells in the regenerated mucosa of the Cuiyu Granule group were significantly reduced (P<0.01), plasma PGE2 content was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the effect was superior to that of ranitic. D group. Conclusion: Promoting granules can increase the mucosal structure and functional maturity of regenerated ulcers, thus improving the quality of ulcer healing. The improvement of ulcer healing quality is one of the possible mechanisms of promoting the recurrence of peptic ulcers.
