幼儿教育的根本目的是让每个幼儿拥有良好的人生开端,教师是对幼儿实施教育教学的主力军,同时也是学校存在和发展的核心。首先需要的是理想的教师。如何去激发我们广大教师的能动力,让我们都来争当一名理想的教师呢?我以为可以从以下几点做起:主动向老教师请教、深入钻研教材、强化新教师的反思意识、为新教师提供“良田沃土”、为新教师搭建“梦想剧场”。
