内部控制是针对企业自身进行的自我完善与约束的活动,随着我国市场经济的不断发展,社会制度也在不断的改进,内部控制在企业的经营管理中的作用是越来越重要了。内部控制制度在企业中能否有效的运行,直接影响着企业管理水平的高低、风险抵抗能力的强弱以及经济效益的多少,所以说我国的企业必须要高度重视企业内部控制,下面我们以机械制造企业为例,详细的分析机械制造企业内部控制中存在的一些问题,并提出了具体的解决措施,希望能给企业一定的借鉴作用。
