为了推动实验动物科技工作向纵深发展,经国务院中央智力引进办公室批准,由上海实验动物研究中心举办的“实验动物疾病和病理”专题讲习班,于1987年5月28日在上海开学。上海市科委条件处长徐仲钦,农牧渔业部实验动物科学总顾问、中国实验动物学会(CALAS)副理事长刘瑞三,中国实验动物学会副秘书长吴林荣,上海实验动物研究会主任邓翀;上海医学实验动物管理委员会主任、中国实验动学会常务理事陈天培及中心负责人等参加了开学典礼。讲习班邀请了美国实验动物科学会(AALAS)前主席、美国实验动物医学院(ACLAM)院长、美国密苏里州哥伦比亚大学兽医学院兽医病理系主任J.E.Wagner教授和美国实验动物医学院前院长、纽约州立大学实验动物资源部主任C.C.Middleton教授及兽医学博士N.W
In order to promote the further development of laboratory animal science and technology work, the “Workshop on Laboratory Animal Diseases and Pathology” was held in Shanghai on May 28, 1987, with the approval of the State Council’s Central Intelligence Import Office and the Shanghai Experimental Animal Research Center. Xu Zhongqin, Director of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, General Counsel of Laboratory Animal Science of Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Liu Ruisan, Vice Chairman of Chinese Society of Experimental Animals (CALAS), Wu Linrong, Deputy Secretary General of Chinese Society of Laboratory Animal Science, Director of Medical Laboratory Animal Management Committee, executive director of China Association for Experimental Dynamics Chen Tianpei and head of the center attended the opening ceremony. The workshop brought together Professor JEWagner, former chairman of the American Society of Experimental Animal Science (AALAS), dean of the American College of Experimental Animal Medicine (ACLAM), director of the Department of Veterinary Pathology at Columbia University’s Veterinary College in Missouri, and former dean of the American College of Laboratory Animal Science, CCMiddleton, Director, Laboratory Animal Resources, State University of New York, and NW, Veterinary Medicine
