1月10日,全国劳动和社会保障工作会议在北京召开,国务院副总理吴邦国为这次会议作出批示,指出去年劳动保障工作成绩来之不易,有力地推动了国有企业改革和发展。要从讲政治的高度,满腔热情、踏实细致地做好工作,使今年劳动保障工作更上一层楼。劳动和社会保障部部长张左己在讲话中强调指出,今年劳动保障工作要以邓小平理论为指针,认真贯彻党的十五大和十五届四中全会、中央经济工作会议精神,紧紧围绕经济结构调整和国有企业改革,坚定信心,开拓进取,继续把巩固两个确保放在首位,逐步形成市场导向的就业机制,抓紧完善独立于企业之外的社会保障体系,逐步建立与现代企业制度相适应的工资收入分配制度,全面推进劳动保障事业。
