Clinical data of our department from January 2003 to May 2008 admitted to elderly patients over the age of 60 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in 196 cases, the diagnostic criteria with reference to “Guide for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis”. Of the 196 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, there were 100 males and 96 females, of whom 95 were 60-70 years old, 76 cases were 70-80 years old and 25 cases were over 80 years old, with an average age of 67.9 years.
